The 1st Committee of Bagahangai District of the capital city was first established in 1992 in accordance with the Law on Administrative Territorial Units of Mongolia and its Management. The commune has an area of 8.0 thousand hectares and is located in the hillen steppe region with Sergelen Sum of the Central Province in the north-east and north, Bagahangai District No. 2 commune in the east, and Bayan Sum in the Central Province in the southeast.

There are 2503 people in 719 households in the district. At the end of 2022, 16,731 livestock were counted.

515.5 ha or 4.3% of the territory is populated, and by the end of 2022, 1345 or 53.7% of the working age people are. There are 168 unemployed citizens, 49 disabled citizens, 87 students, and 310 senior citizens of the committee's population.

In terms of administration, the committee is made up of governors, organizers, social workers, community inspectors, section leaders, and servants.

MAIN DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITIES

Implementation of the resolutions of the Government of Mongolia, the agenda of the capital and district governors, the implementation and promotion of the Constitution and other laws of Mongolia, cooperation with relevant organizations, the provision of quality public services to all citizens of the Committee, their petitions, complaints, suggestions, and their problems It has been working in the direction of identifying and solving existing problems, maintaining social order, organizing crime prevention measures, correctly identifying and mediating citizens who need social welfare support, improving the livelihood of citizens' families, and focusing on the beautification and culture of the committee.

ADVANCED OBJECTIVES

Our team has drawn up a 2023 goal and a 5-group 55-item action plan to implement it, and is working on the following main goals.

Increase the green space of the committee by at least 10 percent
