Nalaikh District Industrial Park was commissioned in 2019. Currently, three enterprises are operating regularly, construction of eight enterprises continues at 80-90 percent, and 15 enterprises have applied for operation. In order to start the activities of these enterprises within this year, it is necessary to solve the problems of treatment facilities and sewers first.
It is planned to carry out light production on 50 hectares and heavy production on 60 hectares of Bagahangai District Industry and Technology Park. One enterprise is working to build a factory and a power plant. The company has proposed to supply 20 mW of power to the center of Ulaanbaatar once the construction of the station starts. For this purpose, he expressed his request to the city authorities to decide the budget of the 4.7 km power transmission line.
